      Free radical and antioxidant debate.. Being healthy and living a plant-based life.. Bypassing the alcohol and picking up a broccoli. Free-radicals steal electrons and make healthy cells unstable, which then cause a chain of instability in the body. Everybody needs an antioxidant as they bring positivity and stability to the room.
