The Curator Knows – A Poem (#22) | Culled From My Fourth Book — EvolutionR

Quick Q:

Oh, man, Did I hear you say the Earth is your Own?
All right, then stand and live independently in one spot without your Clothes!
Live like the other animals, creatures, & trees, and be bold,
For if the Earth was yours to inhabit, you would not need to
create a shelter to call your home!

The Curator Knows

Poem- Date of Composition: 15th December 2022

My cockroaches have a human heart,

My porcupines have the softest fur,

My viruses have legs for surfing,

And my doves live in a meadow!

A fat creature loses weight by farting,

A Malibu beach is the name of the river that streams in your body,

You’re never awake until you close your eyes and see birds flying,

And you don’t cook food but only imagine them in your body!

The only language in the world is love,

You only feel angry by imagining there were never any wars,

You can only transfer hatred with the help of a disappearing taxi,

And jealousy lived in the only underground building.

A laboratory mouse was the name of the only unborn doctor,

There was no back as the front was our only present,

Cancer was the freshest of smells,

And our only friend is our nature!
